This Suzuki DF6AS is a four-stroke, manual-start, manual trim and tilt, and tiller-steering outboard. It has a 15" short shaft and is compact, lightweight, and easy to transport. It delivers surprising low—and mid-range torque for quick acceleration.
The overhead fuel tank is placed right above the carburettor, allowing gravity fuel supply. This enables the engine to start instantly straight after filling the fuel tank, even after long-term storage. This overhead tank and the new lubricating systems allow for transport and storage on any of the three sides (port, starboard, or front) without leaking fuel or oil.
